About this role
Our client is seeking a skilled Python Developer to join their team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining MCP servers using Python and FastMCP. You will also integrate web or desktop applications into RL Studio and work with various APIs, Docker, and Linux environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build MCP servers in Python using FastMCP.
- Integrate web or desktop applications into RL Studio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
- Work with APIs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment of applications.
- Manage and troubleshoot Linux environments to ensure optimal performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Experience with FastMCP and building server applications.
- Strong understanding of API integration.
- Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration.
- Experience working in Linux environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development, specifically with Python.
