Our client is seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer on a contract basis to enhance their agentic AI platform for enterprise customer experience. This role involves developing and optimizing prompts to improve AI interactions and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and refine prompts for AI models to enhance user interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into effective AI solutions.
- Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on prompt effectiveness.
- Conduct testing and validation of AI responses to ensure high-quality output.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in prompt engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and AI technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field.
