Our client is seeking a Principal Analytics Engineer to join their innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data analytics to drive insights and improve decision-making processes across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven strategies are effectively implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior analytics team members in best practices and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in data analytics, with proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in analytics or data engineering roles.
