Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using core PHP and relevant frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, documentation, and project management.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in PHP and MySQL, with hands-on experience in frameworks such as Symfony, CodeIgniter, Yii, Drupal, and Vtiger.
- Strong understanding of MVC architecture, jQuery, and CSS.
- Proven experience in managing scalable web applications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience required: 5-8 years in project management or software development roles.
