Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Service Cloud Consultant with strong implementation and customization expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and customization of Oracle Service Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for Oracle Service Cloud.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the OSvC platform.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of OSvC architecture and functionalities.
- Proficiency in integration with other systems and tools.
