About this role
Our client is seeking an experienced Order Handler to join their ONE ERP journey in the Ocean & Service Team. This role is pivotal in the design and implementation of the ERP blueprint for Order to Cash processes in India. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient management of orders and contribute to the overall success of the ERP initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the ERP blueprint for Order Management processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery of products to customers.
- Monitor and analyze order data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to team members on ERP functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to order handling within the ERP system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in order management or ERP implementation.
- Strong understanding of Order to Cash processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably with experience in One ERP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
