Our client is seeking a Sterling OMS Application Support Engineer with a strong background in retail and eCommerce to join their team. This role is essential for managing and supporting the Fluent Commerce Order Management System, ensuring efficient order lifecycles and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application support for the Fluent Commerce OMS, addressing issues and optimizing performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the order management processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to order lifecycles.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Document processes, issues, and solutions to maintain knowledge base.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Fluent Commerce OMS, specifically in a retail or eCommerce environment.
- Strong understanding of order management systems and inventory management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to work onsite at the client office 3 days per week in a hybrid model.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in application support, specifically with order management systems in the retail sector.
