Our client is seeking a skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant & Developer to join their team in India. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between functional ERP consulting and technical NetSuite development. You will play a crucial role in supporting end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across finance, operations, inventory, and warehouse domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to NetSuite implementations.
- Design, configure, and customize NetSuite solutions to meet client needs.
- Provide technical development support, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Assist in the implementation of best practices for financial and operational processes within NetSuite.
- Conduct user training and create documentation to facilitate user adoption.
- Support managed services engagements by troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Stay updated on NetSuite enhancements and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or Developer.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
- Experience with financial and operational processes, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
Experience Level:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in NetSuite consulting and development.
- Previous experience in a consulting environment is a plus.
