.NET and Oracle Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced .NET and Oracle Lead to join their offshore team and drive their Servers Upgrade project. This role involves upgrading .NET applications, Oracle databases, and server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in .NET and Oracle technologies, along with proven experience in leading upgrade and migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the upgrade and migration of .NET applications and Oracle databases.
• Oversee server infrastructure enhancements and ensure seamless integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with .NET framework and Oracle database management.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and server management is a plus.
