About this role
Our client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Consultant to support the enhancement, implementation, upgrade, and integration of D365 F&O solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions and drive automation using Microsoft Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Deliver system upgrades, implementations, and integrations of D365 F&O.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the system.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement through automation and system enhancements.
- Work with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 F&O.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a D365 F&O Consultant with a strong understanding of finance and operations modules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform for automation and integration purposes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations consulting or similar roles.
