Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to MBA students and graduates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a career development trainer or similar role, preferably in an MBA context.
- Strong understanding of corporate hiring processes and employer expectations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of students.
- Familiarity with online and offline training methodologies.
Experience: 5-8 years in career development or training roles.
