Our client is seeking a Manual Tester with strong QA lead experience to join their team on a contract basis in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in credit card issues, maintenance, and payments, along with a deep understanding of ACH batch processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA efforts for projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Analyze requirements and create comprehensive test data and test cases.
- Conduct test scope estimations and coordinate testing activities with project teams.
- Perform manual testing and support UI automation efforts using tools such as Selenium or Webdriver.io.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in manual testing and QA leadership.
- Strong experience with credit card processing, maintenance, and payments.
- Knowledge of ACH batch processing and payments clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Fiserv is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in UI automation testing tools, particularly Selenium or Webdriver.io.
- Excellent requirement analysis skills and experience in creating test data and test cases.
