Our client is seeking a dynamic and proactive Learning & Development Partnerships Management Specialist to lead their partnerships within the Learning & Development (L&D) ecosystem. This role involves building and managing strategic collaborations with freelance trainers, training vendors, LMS platforms, and other related partners to support the delivery of high-quality training programs globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with various stakeholders in the L&D ecosystem.
- Identify and onboard freelance trainers and training vendors to enhance training offerings.
- Collaborate with LMS platforms to ensure seamless integration of training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training partnerships and programs.
- Foster relationships with industry leaders to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in L&D.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partnership management within the L&D space, ideally 5-8 years.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and learning technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or partnership management.
