About this role

Our client is seeking a Learning & Development Content Designer and Developer for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in creating engaging learning solutions that enhance capability building across various markets. You will collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to transform business priorities into effective digital and classroom learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert existing instructor-led training materials into scalable digital content.
  • Design and develop interactive learning modules that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Maintain and update a central content library to ensure accessibility and relevance.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of learning initiatives using data and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in instructional design and content development.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years in learning and development or a related field.
