You will work within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and play a key role in onboarding participants and guiding them through their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of student entrepreneurs.
- Facilitate workshops and mentorship sessions to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate participant progress, providing feedback and support.
- Maintain training materials and resources to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and digital training tools.
