About this role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Lead IDMC Developer to drive the design, development, and optimization of enterprise data integration and management solutions within their energy organization. This remote position is a 5-month contract that plays a critical part in modernizing the data landscape, enabling advanced analytics, and supporting key operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of data integration solutions using IDMC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize existing data workflows and processes for efficiency and performance.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the integration process.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data integration and management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with IDMC and data integration tools.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms, particularly in the context of data integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in data integration and management roles.
