Our client is seeking a Key Account Director to lead strategic partnerships with large banking clients in the BFSI domain. This role requires a boundary pusher who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving results in the IT services and consulting sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with key banking clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in account management or business development within the BFSI sector.
- Strong understanding of IT services and consulting, particularly in banking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.
