Our client is seeking a Junior Global Service Desk Associate to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be a vital part of the global service desk, providing support to internal users and ensuring smooth operations across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Assist users with hardware and software issues, providing first-level support.
- Document and track incidents and requests in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior team members to escalate complex issues.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your technical skills and knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of IT support and service desk operations.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or IT support role is preferred.
