About this role

Our client is seeking a Junior Global Service Desk Associate to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be a vital part of the global service desk, providing support to internal users and ensuring smooth operations across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner.
  • Assist users with hardware and software issues, providing first-level support.
  • Document and track incidents and requests in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to escalate complex issues.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your technical skills and knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of IT support and service desk operations.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or IT support role is preferred.
