Our client is seeking a skilled Java Spring Boot Developer to join their team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Java with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using Java 8 and Spring Boot framework.
- Implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end applications.
- Work with Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security to build robust applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Maintain good database practices and work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Java 8 and Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in REST API development and integration.
- Good knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in software development.
