Our client is seeking a skilled Java Developer to join their team for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and contribute to the development of robust applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop applications using Java Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Implement object-oriented analysis and design principles using common design patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine application features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and a solid understanding of its ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with microservices frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Kafka for messaging and data streaming.
- Familiarity with database technologies and design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Java development.
