About this role
Our client is seeking a skilled Java Developer for a contract role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java and J2EE technologies, particularly with SpringBoot, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using Core Java, J2EE, and Spring technologies.
- Implement features and enhancements in Spring Boot and Spring Security.
- Utilize Java functional programming concepts effectively within SpringBoot.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Maintain database interactions and ensure data integrity.
- Work with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Material UI to create responsive designs.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE and SpringBoot.
- Excellent understanding of annotations in SpringBoot.
- Familiarity with Java functional programming concepts.
- Experience with front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Knowledge of Spring Cloud is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development.
