Our client is seeking an experienced IT Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will analyze client business requirements and propose scalable solution options, ensuring that technology aligns with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document client business requirements.
- Design, configure, and implement enhancements for various platforms, including Public Portal (English & French) for nomination intake and Selection Committee Member Portal.
- Oversee the Case Management System (CMS) and SharePoint Online integration.
- Update technical architecture and functional design documents as needed.
- Manage and administer cloud-based environments, including DEV, UAT, and PROD.
- Collaborate with OPS stakeholders on system integration and improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT consulting, with a strong background in system design and implementation.
- Proficiency in cloud-based environments and system administration.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online and case management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT consulting or a similar role.
