About this role
Our client is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer with a focus on Rise eLearning development for a short-term contract role. This position is fully remote and open to candidates based in India. The contract duration will range from 1 to 3 months, requiring a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, primarily during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. IST, with some flexibility as needed.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective digital learning experiences tailored to meet the needs of global clients. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement eLearning modules using Rise and other relevant tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop eLearning content using Rise and other authoring tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy.
- Create storyboards and scripts that align with learning objectives.
- Implement best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Review and revise content based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Ensure all eLearning materials are accessible and user-friendly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, specifically with Rise eLearning.
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Rise, Articulate Storyline, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
Experience Level:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
