About this role
Our client is seeking an expert Inriver PIM & Coveo Technical Consultant / Developer to join their team and drive the integration and optimization of Product Information Management (PIM) systems and AI-powered search and recommendation technologies. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams, including business stakeholders, product owners, and frontend CMS teams, to deliver scalable and seamless omnichannel product content solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Inriver PIM solutions for global product catalogs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize Coveo search and recommendation functionalities to enhance user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PIM and search technologies.
- Conduct performance tuning and ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on PIM and search solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Inriver PIM and Coveo platforms.
- Proficiency in integrating PIM systems with various eCommerce platforms.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and product content management.
- Familiarity with API integrations and web services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in a technical consulting or development role focused on PIM and search technologies.
