Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior UX Designer to lead the design of large-scale web and mobile banking applications. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping intuitive, scalable, and compliant digital experiences that meet the needs of diverse users across the organization. You will be responsible for translating complex business, operational, and regulatory requirements into elegant, user-centered designs while driving consistency and innovation throughout the bank's design initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile banking applications, ensuring a user-centered approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
• Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in design methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.

Experience Level:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/Product Design, with a proven track record of designing complex applications.
