About this role
Our client is seeking a seasoned ForgeRock Architect / Technical Lead to drive enterprise-grade Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across PAN-India locations. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing secure, scalable IAM strategies using ForgeRock Access Management (AM) and Directory Services (DS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design and integration efforts for IAM solutions.
- Ensure robust Single Sign-On (SSO), federation, and identity governance aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement IAM strategies.
- Evaluate and recommend IAM technologies and tools to enhance security and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in ForgeRock Access Management (AM) and Directory Services (DS).
- Proficient in designing and implementing IAM solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience with identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions.
- Familiarity with SSO and federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IAM solutions, with a focus on ForgeRock technologies.
