About this role
Our client is seeking an experienced Guidewire InsuranceNow Technical Architect to lead solution design, architecture, and implementation for Property & Casualty insurance programs. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, define best practices, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing InsuranceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for InsuranceNow implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Define and enforce best practices for development and deployment within the InsuranceNow platform.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and technical staff.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet performance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during the implementation process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Guidewire InsuranceNow and its components.
- Proficiency in software architecture and design principles.
- Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance processes and requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Experience:
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in technical architecture and solution design, specifically with Guidewire InsuranceNow.
