The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering production-grade Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications. This role requires deep expertise in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end GenAI solutions, specifically within Databricks and Azure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI solutions for various enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery of projects.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for GenAI development.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Generative AI technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Generative AI technologies and frameworks.
- Proficient in Databricks and Azure environments.
- Solid experience in programming languages such as Python or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Generative AI solutions.
