Our client is seeking a skilled Gen AI Developer to join their innovative team. The ideal candidate will focus on designing, deploying, and optimizing autonomous AI agents and advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. This role is critical in automating complex, multi-step corporate workflows and bridging the gap between cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) research and practical business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement autonomous AI agents that enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines to support various business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Conduct research on state-of-the-art LLMs and integrate findings into production systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and workflows, making adjustments as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in AI/ML development, specifically with Generative AI technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models and their applications in business.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deployment of AI solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in AI development or related fields.
