Our client is seeking a Full Stack Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is essential for providing day-to-day application support for a live customer product built on Node.js and React. The position is remote, full-time, and requires working during fixed night shifts aligned with North American business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the performance of production applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Node.js and React applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless application functionality.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Document and communicate resolution processes and technical solutions.
- Participate in on-call support rotations as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Node.js and React frameworks.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and application architecture.
- Experience with production application support and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with database management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience Level:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on full stack support.
