Key Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day application support for a live customer product.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Node.js and React applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and improvements.
- Monitor application performance and ensure optimal user experience.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding support issues.

Experience:
