Full Stack MERN Developer (Contract-Based) Role Overview: We are looking for highly skilled Full Stack MERN Developers to join our team for a high-impact, 6-month contract engagement. This is an in-house, contract-based role based in South Bombay. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining robust web applications, contributing directly to our core product architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience Level:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, specifically with the MERN stack.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining web applications in a professional setting.
