About this role
Our client is seeking a skilled Freelance Full-Stack Web App Developer to join the Tendem project. In this role, referred to as an AI Pilot, you will build interactive browser-based applications within a hybrid AI-human environment. You will collaborate with Tendem Agents that handle repetitive tasks, while providing full-stack engineering expertise, architectural judgment, and quality control to ensure the highest standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of web development frameworks and libraries.
- Experience with database management and API integration.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in full-stack web development.
