Freelance AEM Front-End Lead Developer

Our client is seeking a Freelance AEM Front-End Lead Developer to join their team on a long-term remote basis. This role is ideal for experienced developers who are looking to contribute to high-impact enterprise products while collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams. You will play a crucial role in building scalable fintech and enterprise-grade platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the front-end development efforts using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-friendly interfaces.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in front-end development.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong focus on AEM.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience Level:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years specifically working with AEM.
• Experience in fintech or enterprise application development is a plus.
