About this role
Our client is seeking an experienced Fluent OMS Tech Lead / Architect to join a large-scale Order Management transformation programme. This remote contract position is for 12 months and is extendable. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and enhancing Fluent OMS solutions to support complex omnichannel retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead the design and architecture of Fluent OMS solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
- Oversee the implementation of Fluent OMS features, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems and processes to enhance performance and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Architect in Fluent OMS environments.
- Strong understanding of order management systems and omnichannel retail operations.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and frameworks related to Fluent OMS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience: 5-8 years in relevant roles.
