Our client is seeking a Financial Data Analyst to manage and optimize budgetary processes. The successful candidate will provide insightful reports to the Finance team and advise on the effective allocation of funds to ensure the hiring and retention of personnel necessary for fulfilling organizational commitments. Additionally, this role involves contributing to the development of strategies aimed at enhancing team efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ODA’s budget and provide regular financial reports to the Finance team.
- Advise on optimal fund usage for personnel hiring and retention.
- Contribute to organizational strategy development to improve team efficiency.
- Assist with quality assurance for ODA data products.
- Collaborate with the Office of Performance Excellence on ODA’s operational roles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and advising.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or data management.
