About this role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and technically sound Zoho Developer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing data systems, automating workflows, building reports, and supporting cross-departmental integration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Zoho applications to meet business requirements.
- Automate workflows to improve efficiency across various departments.
- Create and manage reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data systems and integrations.
- Assist in the integration of Zoho with other software applications and APIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho applications.
- Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
- Basic programming knowledge, preferably in languages such as Deluge or JavaScript.
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience Level:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech), Computer Applications (BCA), or Information Technology (B.Sc IT) is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role or working with Zoho products is an advantage.
