Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join their team in India. This role is pivotal in managing complex business processes and ensuring that our client’s innovative solutions are effectively implemented within enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling unstructured data and applying business rules to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Understand and articulate the complexities of our client’s solutions to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of services into client operations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, particularly within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of business processes such as accounts payable, order management, and supply chain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with data management and analytics tools, including SAP and Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in account management or a related field.
