Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their FME (Feature Management and Experimentation) team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of innovative software solutions that enhance the AI Software Delivery Platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the delivery of high-quality features and ensure the reliability and security of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of features within the FME domain.
- Collaborate with product management to define project scope and priorities.
- Ensure best practices in software development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze and improve system performance, reliability, and security measures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software engineering and team management.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
