Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software engineering and team management, with a focus on delivery processes.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and deployment strategies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, and familiarity with CI/CD tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software engineering and team leadership roles.
