In this role, you will play a vital part in executing the company's AI and machine learning initiatives, with a strong emphasis on data collection technologies. You will lead a team that focuses on developing and optimizing data collection pipelines and unstructured data processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of data engineers and scientists.
- Design and implement data collection strategies and pipelines for machine learning applications.
- Oversee the processing of unstructured data and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in data engineering and machine learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Experience with data collection and processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Kafka, Spark).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
