This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of innovative software delivery solutions that leverage AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and a passion for improving deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software delivery tools and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CD practices.
- Implement best practices for testing, application security, and reliability in software delivery.
- Analyze and optimize existing deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in engineering management, with a focus on Continuous Delivery.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and deployment strategies.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools, such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Experience in working with AI-driven solutions is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software engineering and management roles, with a focus on Continuous Delivery.
