In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and scaling the company's Unified AI/ML Data Collection Platform. Your efforts will enable standardized, reliable, and scalable machine learning capabilities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation of existing AI/ML and LLM-driven data systems into a cohesive platform.
- Oversee the development of data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and evaluation frameworks.
- Manage production deployment processes to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI/ML initiatives with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AI/ML technologies and data systems.
- Strong background in software engineering and architecture.
- Proficiency in managing data pipelines and model lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks and production deployment strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Experience: 5-8 years in engineering management or related roles, with a focus on AI and ML technologies.
