Our client is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support the end-to-end migration of the enterprise data platform from Azure to Microsoft Fabric. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth transition and optimizing the deployment processes involved in the migration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement migration strategies.
- Automate deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to data migration and platform performance.
- Implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
- Maintain documentation related to migration processes and configurations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles, preferably with a focus on data platforms or migration programs.
- Proficiency in Azure services and Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and practices.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
