Devops Engineer

Our client is a leading AI-powered lending fintech with a strong presence in India and Africa. They are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role will involve enhancing the efficiency of development and operational processes, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of applications, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports their innovative financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and scalability.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
• Implement and maintain configuration management tools to streamline operations.
• Develop scripts for automation and system management tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems and resolve incidents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
• Understanding of networking, security, and database management.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) to track system health.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Level:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
• Proven experience in managing production environments and working with cross-functional teams.
