Our client is seeking a Developer Lead for their Tools & Automation team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative tools that enhance operational efficiency and improve user experience across the Google ecosystem. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify needs and implement effective automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of tools and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Mentor and guide a team of developers to ensure high-quality code and best practices.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends to drive innovation within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development with a strong understanding of automation tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably within the Google Cloud ecosystem.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and team leadership.
