About this role
Our client is seeking a hands-on Databricks Solution Architect with deep technical expertise in building and optimizing Lakehouse-based data and AI solutions. This is a contract role based in Singapore, offering flexibility to work on-site with clients or remotely within the region.
In this role, you will design, develop, and operationalize Delta Lakehouse architectures using Databricks, driving real-world outcomes for enterprise customers. You will take ownership of implementation tasks, ensuring that solutions meet client needs and are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Delta Lakehouse architectures using Databricks.
- Optimize data workflows and AI solutions for scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams on Databricks and Lakehouse concepts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data architecture and analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Lakehouse architecture.
- Proficiency in data engineering and data science concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS or Azure.
- Experience with ETL processes and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in data architecture and analytics solutions.
