Our client is seeking a Data Engineer Team Lead to join their Users & Products Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the organization has access to aligned, accurate, and actionable business metrics that drive global operations. You will lead a team of data engineers, bridging the gap between complex data infrastructure and strategic decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers in developing robust data pipelines and architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement scalable data models that support analytics and reporting needs.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across various data sources and platforms.
- Optimize existing data processes for performance and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in data engineering, with a focus on data pipeline development and management.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with data warehousing solutions and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in data engineering or a similar role, including team leadership.
