Our client is seeking a skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Fabric to support enterprise data platform modernization. The role involves working on ETL processes and migration projects, primarily from AWS to Azure or Fabric.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement data pipelines and ETL processes using Microsoft Fabric.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Manage data migration projects, ensuring timely and accurate transfer of data between platforms.
- Optimize data workflows and troubleshoot issues to enhance performance.
- Maintain documentation of data processes and architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in data engineering with a focus on cloud data platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric and ETL tools.
- Experience with data migration projects, particularly from AWS to Azure.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in data engineering roles.
