Our client is seeking a talented Computer Vision Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. This fully remote position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in machine learning and computer vision technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with leading AI research labs to enhance model performance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benchmark baseline model performance on representative image samples.
- Measure accuracy against predefined metrics and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements in computer vision algorithms.
- Conduct experiments and analyze results to drive data-informed decisions.
- Document findings and present insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer vision techniques and frameworks (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
- Experience with machine learning model evaluation and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with image processing and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in computer vision or related fields is required.
